Requirements:
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH WRITING SKILLS
No grammatical mistakes will be accepted
People with Average English writing skills do not apply
Published English Newspaper or Magazine writers, Proofreaders and Editors, Copy, Creative and Content writers are also encouraged to apply.
People with international Call Centre experience are also encouraged to apply.
No interviews, if short listed, a screening test of Basic English will be conducted and on clearing the screening test an online training session will be held.
Must be able to conform to linguistic styles accepted in UK & USA
Must be able to conduct research from textbooks, journals, newspapers, magazines & online
Must have the reading temperament
Must be a frequent internet user. People who spend 4-6 hours daily on internet are encouraged to apply
Must have excellent Internet browsing skills
Must be a frequent email user as all the communication will be done through emails
Must be able to meet deadline of 24 or less hours
Possess a Personal Computer or a Laptop
Access to good libraries preferable
Must clear the screening test before online training
Must clear an online MCQ's test after online training

To keep our freelancers motivated and competing against each other professionally, we offer a contest. We offer cash bonuses to the freelancers on excellent work. There are two cash prizes. One for the freelancer who has no revisions at all on 10 assignments throughout the month and for a freelancer with 2 revisions on 10 assignments. Remember you have to pick minimum 10 assignments in a month to qualify for the contest.
If we find somebody that works well with us, that we can count on to be professional and meet the deadlines, with the minimum possible revisions for a period of time, we offer that professional to enter into a contract with us. Once you enter into a contract, you are almost guaranteed to get a particular number of assignments every month and paid higher than those with normal free membership.

Then you are prompted to take an online screening test. On successfully passing the screening test you are prompted to submit your profile. As soon as you submit the profile, an account is created where you have to read the training material. After reading the training material you have to attempt and clear a final test to start working with us.
